Shipping & Return
Returns Eligibility:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vichar@desichalchitra.com or call +91- 84487 73320 with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
Labeling: Clearly mark the package with the provided RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
